1. Greeting & refreshments — we've planned for your visit to be relaxing and enjoyable.
2. Hearing specialist visit — this is where you will be able to share your story to help us understand why you are here and how we can help you.
3. Pain-Free video ear exam — you get the opportunity to see what we see inside your ear canal.
4. Ear cleaning — only if ear wax is in your canal and if you approve, of course.
5. Hearing evaluation — using pain-free & sophisticated testing equipment, we will determine how much hearing help you actually need.
6. Complete explanation — we will describe in detail the results of your evaluation, how our ears and brain work together, and the hearing device options that would be most appropriate for you.
7. Demonstration — you will be given a demonstration of the devices that are most likely to be the best solution for your hearing needs, complete with exposure to noise, familiar music and other listening situations.
8. Explanation of features — we will clearly explain how your new devices will work, how to care for them, and how to most successfully wear them.
9. Your choice — you can choose the style of device that you will be happy to wear, the color that best fits your hair color, and the price that you are most comfortable with.
10. Worry-Free Fitting & Follow-up appointment — we will ask you to return in a few days for your device fitting, and then about one week later to ensure your success with your new devices.
